Hotel Specialist Apprenticeship

• Welcome guests at the reception
• Be the first point of contact for questions and requests
• Serve food and drinks in bar, restaurant, or at large events
• Help out in the kitchen and support with ordering and organizing supplies
• Check rooms and public areas after cleaning
• Assist in organizing events
• Check bookings and process invoices in accounting
• Manage the cash register independently
• Be flexible across all departments and ready to start early or late shifts
• Manage shifts independently in room service

• Completed schooling
• Good knowledge of German and English
• First experience in gastronomy, hotel industry, or service sector through internships or part-time jobs is an advantage
• Team player
• Creativity and passion for hospitality
