Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Hotel or Service Representatives. Create unforgettable experiences for guests, promote TUI products, handle challenges and provide exceptional customer service while collaborating with international teams.

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests and make them feel welcome and happy
Engage with guests from around the world to identify their needs and offer tailored recommendations
Promote and sell experiences effectively to match products with guests’ preferences
Handle changes and challenging situations effectively
Provide support for high-profile cases and hospitalizations
Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and partners worldwide
Monitor progress with sales and/or service updates
Celebrate successes in meeting sales and/or service targets and solving problems

Requirements:

Right to work in Türkiye
Speak English and Polish
Fully conversational in English
Valid manual driving license
