Job Responsibility:
Create special moments for guests, make them feel welcome and happy, building a strong connection
Engage with guests to identify needs and offer tailored recommendations
Hotel Reps: promote and sell experiences to match products with guests’ preferences, exceed sales targets, boost revenue, handle changes and challenging situations
Service Support Reps: manage changes and challenging scenarios, provide crucial support for high-profile cases and hospitalizations, ensure guests receive appropriate care and help
Collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners
Monitor progress with sales and/or service updates and guest feedback
Celebrate successes in meeting targets, solving problems, and providing great service
Requirements:
EU passport
Willing to relocate for the summer season
Speak English plus one of the following languages: Dutch, Dutch and French, German, Danish, or Norwegian
For speakers of languages other than German: valid manual driver's license and minimum age of 21
