Job Description:

The Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor at AC Hotel by Marriott Manila oversees quality checks of guest rooms, public areas, and housekeeping processes while coordinating efforts across departments. They support hiring, training, and managing housekeeping staff while adhering to company policies and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool and more after cleaning to ensure quality
run sold room reports and update room cleaning priorities
assist in managing daily housekeeping activities
act as liaison between departments like Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
document, resolve, and communicate room discrepancies
prepare and communicate changes in room assignments
assist management in various tasks including hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees
follow safety, security, and company policies
ensure professional appearance and confidentiality
welcome and anticipate guest needs and assist individuals with disabilities
develop positive working relationships
general physical tasks like lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
perform other job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
