Job Description:

Guest Environment Experts are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms, and ensuring a safe workplace while upholding professional standards.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
creating a great guest experience

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
standing, sitting, or walking for an extended time
moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
performing other reasonable job duties as requested
