Job Description:

Host or Hostess position at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center's Old Hickory Fine Dining Steakhouse, responsible for greeting and seating guests, maintaining dining room cleanliness, and ensuring quality service standards

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests and determine party size
Seat guests at clean tables
Guide guests through dining rooms
Move and arrange tables and chairs
Ensure proper place settings
Check menus for cleanliness and currentness
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability and safety

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
