Job Description:

Greet and assist guests in a dining environment by ensuring seating arrangements, place settings, and cleanliness meet quality standards. Follow company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Guide guests through the dining rooms
ensure place settings are appropriate
check menus for cleanliness and updates
maintain cleanliness of work areas
monitor dining rooms for safety and guest well-being
develop positive working relationships with others
support team goals
respond appropriately to employee concerns.

Requirements:

Greet guests and determine the number in their party
seat guests and provide assistance
move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings
maintain cleanliness of work areas
follow company policies and safety procedures
stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
lift and carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience.
