Job Responsibility:
Greet guests and determine the number in their party
Seat guests by finding clean, available tables
Guide guests through dining rooms and provide assistance
Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings
Ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins, clean silverware
Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, and wrinkle-free
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety
Follow all company and safety policies and procedures
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
