Job Description:

Host/Hostess position at The Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Nekajui Peninsula Papagayo. Responsible for greeting guests, seating arrangements, maintaining dining room standards, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences while upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards of luxury hospitality service.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests and determine the number in their party
Seat guests by finding clean, available tables
Guide guests through dining rooms and provide assistance
Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings
Ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins, clean silverware
Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
