Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Hospitality Associate to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless operation of conference rooms and providing excellent customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to a detail-oriented atmosphere.

Job Responsibility:

Organize and prepare conference rooms to meet the needs of scheduled meetings or events
Coordinate the movement and arrangement of furniture to ensure an optimal setup for different occasions
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of shared spaces to maintain a welcoming environment
Provide exceptional service to guests and staff by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Assist with maintaining an inventory of supplies and equipment for conference room use
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Uphold company standards for hospitality and attention to detail at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
Physical ability to move furniture and manage room setups as required
Attention to detail to ensure spaces are clean and properly arranged
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A commitment to providing outstanding service and maintaining a detail-oriented approach.
