Job Description:

Facilitate positive guest experiences with the in-room honor bar by maintaining stock, cleanliness, and inventory using software and devices. Adhere to safety and operational standards while engaging with guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate positive guest experiences with the in-room honor bar
inventory honor bar, in-room accessories, and promotional materials
maintain cleanliness and appearance of honor bar
use software and devices to record sales and inventory
prepare restocking cart and transport it
respond to guest requests
communicate issues to hotel management
adhere to safety procedures
maintain privacy, professionalism, and uniform standards
assist with team goals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to use software and handheld devices
ability to inventory and maintain stock
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects of up to 25 pounds
ability to work extended periods and perform physical movements such as bending, twisting, or reaching overhead
strong interpersonal skills
adherence to safety and security policies.

Nice to have:

No related work experience
familiarity with honor bar operations.
