Job Description:

Home Care (Domiciliary Care) services providing essential support to individuals in their own homes. From personal care and daily living assistance to companionship and wellbeing checks, ensuring clients feel safe, supported, and valued.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support daily living such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Conduct wellbeing checks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in care preferred
  • Genuine passion for helping others
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Diligence
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred but not essential
  • Willingness to undergo necessary background checks
  • Weekend availability
  • Own vehicle required
  • Hold or willing to hold Class 1 Business Insurance

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in a care role
