Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care - DRIVER OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED) position with ICare GB Ltd. Providing essential support to individuals in their own homes, including personal care, daily living assistance, companionship, and wellbeing checks. Part of a community-focused organisation dedicated to enhancing quality of life.

Job Responsibility:

Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Support daily living (meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, shopping)
Offer companionship
Conduct wellbeing checks
Ensure compliance with company policies
Contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

Full UK Driving License
Own vehicle and hold/willing to hold Class 1 Business Insurance
Experience in a care role preferred
Genuine passion for helping others
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work collaboratively
Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends
Diligence
Willingness to undergo necessary background checks
