Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with existing clients via telephone
Activate passive clients and follow up on potential ones
Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that a high level of service is provided
Educate customers on business practices, developments, and any associated promotions
Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures
Provide suggestions on system enhancements
Cooperate effectively with other departments when necessary
Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results

Requirements:

Experience in serving clients via telephone would be considered as a plus
Client-centric mindset
Dynamic and results-driven
High adaptability in dynamic working environments
Outstanding communication and listening skills
Native level of Hindi or Urdu
Excellent level of English
PC literacy and knowledge of financial terms
