justteachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving secondary school in Sleaford from January 2026. Job Responsibility:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff
Lead small group interventions and support individual students to help them achieve their academic goals
Cover lessons across KS3 and KS4 when required, ensuring students remain engaged and on task
Use a range of strategies to support diverse learning needs and promote student progress
Monitor and record student development, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to planning
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and contribute to wider school activities and initiatives

Requirements:

HLTA status or equivalent qualification
Experience supporting learning in a secondary school setting
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A proactive, supportive, and student-focused approach
A commitment to helping young people achieve their full potential
Two education or school-based references
