Job Description:

We are currently assisting an established Insurance Brokerage in their search for a High Net-Worth (HNW) Account Handler to join their team. This role will focus on managing and developing relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing bespoke insurance solutions, and ensuring clients’ assets are fully protected through effective policy handling, renewals, and claims management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain regular contact with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their policies are up to date
  • Handle quotes, renewals, and adjustments to ensure proper coverage
  • Guide clients through the claims process and advocate on their behalf
  • Work with underwriters to secure competitive policy terms
  • Ensure all records and paperwork are accurate and compliant
  • Stay updated on products and market trends relevant to HNW clients
  • Periodically review and adjust client policies to ensure optimal coverage

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in an account handling role, preferably in high-net-worth insurance
  • Experience with personal and specialist insurance products (home, motor, art, yachts, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance market, underwriting, and compliance
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Strong ability to build lasting relationships and deliver excellent service
  • Ability to assess client needs and provide the right solutions
  • Accuracy in policy management and documentation
  • Skilled at negotiating premiums and coverage terms
  • Comfortable using insurance software and CRM tools
