Job Description:

Workchain is currently seeking a temporary HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client based on Fradley business park. As a reputable recruitment agency in the UK, we strive to connect skilled individuals with rewarding job opportunities in the driving industry. Start times for this role will usually be 0700 you will usually be operating for around 10 hours on this role. Delivering to residential and also commercial clients. You will be expected once your first run has been completed to come back and do a couple of local collections as well these will usually be called ahead on your way back into the office. This role is operating Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibility:

Operating a Class 2 vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
Delivering goods to various locations in a timely manner
Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
Ensuring the vehicle is properly maintained and reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel
Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 2 license
CPC qualification
Previous experience as a Class 2 driver is preferred
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
