Heor manager

• Develop and implement HEOR and Real-World Evidence (RWE) strategies for assigned products and therapeutic areas
• Lead the execution of HEOR studies, generating high-quality economic and clinical evidence
• Prepare and document evidence for HTA submissions, contributing to optimal market access and pricing
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Pricing, etc.) and external experts
• Develop and maintain strong external relationships with KOLs and academic researchers

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics) is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with a focus on HEOR or RWE
• Proven track record of successfully leading or contributing to HEOR projects and HTA submissions
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data and developing compelling presentations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in both English and Japanese (business level)
