Job Description:

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues; provide technical assistance; update and maintain software systems; assist with IT asset management; ensure excellent customer service for user satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Providing technical assistance to users through email, phone, in-person, or remote connections
Helping users understand and use software and hardware systems
Maintaining records of work activities and documenting issues and solutions
Updating software and computer systems to maintain and improve functionality, security, and performance
Working with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
Prioritizing and escalating issues to ensure timely problem resolution
Assisting with software installations and implementation plans
Maintaining an inventory of information technology assets
Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring user satisfaction

Requirements:

1 to 3 years in any area of Information Technology
Technical aptitude for working with new technologies
An understanding of hardware setup and configuration (Computer systems, printers, fax devices, etc.)
Understand software installation and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
Basic knowledge of performing software updates on information systems
Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC)
Motivated and enjoys learning new concepts related to Information Technology
