Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Merrimack, New Hampshire. In this role, you will provide essential technical support for our users, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution of IT-related issues. Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
Provide support for Microsoft Windows 10, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory accounts, including password resets and access control
Diagnose and resolve basic IT problems, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
Document incidents, resolutions, and processes to maintain accurate records and facilitate continuous improvement
Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and implement effective solutions
Assist in setting up and configuring new user accounts, devices, and applications
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while handling user concerns
Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Proficiency in Active Directory management, including user account creation and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, including configuration and problem resolution
Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting techniques for hardware, software, and network issues
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to document and track incidents
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed
