Help Desk Analyst I

• Provide support to users in troubleshooting and resolving issues with Android development and Cisco technologies
• Utilize Citrix technologies to aid in system support and maintenance
• Maintain and troubleshoot Mac computers, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any hardware or software issues
• Utilize Microsoft tools and Active Directory in daily tasks and operations
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and provide support for Apple devices
• Handle computer hardware issues, including troubleshooting and maintenance
• Implement configuration management practices to ensure system stability and efficiency
• Manage and oversee deployment processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
• Provide support for Google Shop, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction

• Proficiency in Android Development is required
• Must have experience with Cisco Technologies
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is essential
• Ability to troubleshoot Mac Computers is necessary
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft products is desirable
• Experience in Active Directory management is expected
• Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Apple Devices is required
• Must possess a good understanding of Computer Hardware
