Update, customize and deliver the flight operations documentation for Helicopters with multiple output formats available (PDF, Ops Library Browser (OLB), eQRH, etc.) by using the specific XML Authoring Tool
Provide Helicopters fleet management, Helicopter Service Bulletin (SB) integration and XML expertise for the Helicopters’ flight operations manuals
Follow the current processes, checklists, guidelines in the Helicopter documentation management services
Measure and improve on the project performance, efficiency and quality
Perform other related duties as assigned
