Job Description:

Our client is a growing boutique hedge fund that focuses on trading public equities. The Hedge Fund Administrative Assistant will support the firm with operational and financial administrative functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of financial documents and reports
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in reports and presentations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fund transactions and activities
  • Organize and file important documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by fund managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field
  • 2-7 years of experience in administrative roles within the financial industry
  • Knowledge of hedge fund operations and financial markets is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
