Job Responsibility

Handle and move materials and equipment within the chemical manufacturing facility
Operate hand tools and potentially heavy machinery as directed by supervisors
Assist with production tasks, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and safely
Load and unload materials from trucks and production lines
Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards and ensure a safe work environment
Perform routine checks on equipment and report any issues or defects
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals in the manufacturing & logistics environment

Job Responsibility

In collaboration with maintenance shop personnel, perform basic preventative maintenance (PMs) such as oil changes and greasing
Maintain shop housekeeping and cleanliness
Operate a washing station and pressure washer to clean heavy equipment as directed. This includes front-end wheel loaders, skid steers and bulldozers
Disposing of oils following safe work and environmental guidelines
Adhere to all appropriate safe operating procedures (SOPs) and environmental regulations, ensuring that work is performed in a safe manner
