Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Schedule appointments for multiple locations and providers
Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and peers
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
Uncover and anticipate customer needs
Direct calls to appropriate departments
Ensure accurate patient registrations
Guide patients and guests
Collaborate with teammates and departments
Participate in team meetings
Safeguard patient confidentiality

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of customer service expertise
1+ year in healthcare (bonus)
Detail-driven with top-notch communication abilities
Creative problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in ever-evolving environments
Ability to meet deadlines

Nice to have:

1+ year in healthcare experience
