Job Responsibility:
Spearhead and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet ambitious national revenue and profitability targets
Lead, coach, and manage a large, nationwide sales organization, setting performance metrics and ensuring accountability across all levels (managers, field reps)
Drive and optimize all sales operations, utilizing data analysis and rigorous sales pipeline/forecasting management to ensure consistent achievement of objectives
Cultivate and maintain high-level, strategic relationships with major clients, key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors, and stakeholders, informed by continuous market and competitor analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
8-10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
Significant experience in a sales management or leadership role, with track record of leading a sales team
Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution business model, market dynamics and regulatory requirements
