We are looking for a hands-on sales leader to drive YouAppi’s growth in the UK market. As Head of Sales UK, you will take ownership of regional revenue, build and scale our local sales strategy, and establish strong relationships with app marketers. You will play a key role in expanding YouAppi’s presence across app performance and remarketing, building a high-quality pipeline, opening strategic partnerships, and positioning YouAppi as a leading mobile DSP in the region.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand Youappi’s footprint in UK
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
Build strong, long-term partnerships with advertisers & agencies
Deliver on aggressive revenue and growth targets
Advise clients on performance strategies in in-app retargeting and CTV
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
Act as the face of YouAppi in the UK AdTech ecosystem
Requirements:
5+ years in adtech/media sales, with proven success in performance-driven campaigns
Strong expertise in mobile programmatic advertising
A powerful network of advertisers and agencies in the UK
Familiarity with tracking & analytics platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer)
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
A self-starter with the drive to meet and exceed targets
Nice to have:
CTV knowledge is a plus
