Architect and execute systemic quality interventions — using real-time data and deep organisational observation to identify bottlenecks and rework process, tooling and team structures
Advance quality in GenAI-powered interfaces — pioneering validation strategies for conversational and emergent UIs where traditional testing is insufficient
Lead and grow a distributed QA team — evolving the current team into a global centre of excellence, embedding Quality Engineering expertise across all delivery teams
Own and communicate QA metrics — defining and reporting on speed, quality, rework and schedule achievement to drive visibility and strategic decision-making across the SLT
