Job Description:

Fantastic opportunity for a senior private client solicitor looking to step into a leadership role, or someone already managing a team seeking a fresh challenge with a forward-thinking and supportive firm.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and developing a broad caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, and estate administration
inheritance tax planning
trusts and estate planning
lasting powers of attorney and court of protection matters
supervising and mentoring junior team members
ensuring compliance and excellent service standards
contributing to the strategic growth of the department

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in private client law
confident managing a varied caseload independently
comfortable in a leadership or supervisory capacity
strong client care skills and ability to develop and maintain trusted client relationships
commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development and growing the department
