This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior private client solicitor who’s looking to step into a leadership role, or someone already managing a team and seeking a fresh challenge with a forward-thinking and supportive firm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing and developing a broad caseload of private client matters including Wills, probate, and estate administration
  • Inheritance tax planning
  • Trusts and estate planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance and excellent service standards
  • Contributing to the strategic growth of the department

Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor with significant experience in private client law
  • Confident managing a varied caseload independently
  • Comfortable in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Strong on client care and able to develop and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to business development and growing the department
