Join OMNIC Self-Service Solutions as the Head of Painting Workshop, where you will lead our innovative team in a dynamic environment focused on sustainable practices and creative solutions. This role is pivotal in enhancing our production processes and ensuring the highest quality standards in our painting workshop. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily operations of the painting workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion
  • Develop and implement innovative painting techniques and processes that align with sustainability goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of painters, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project specifications and quality standards
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies, optimizing resource utilization
  • Conduct regular quality control assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Implement training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge in painting techniques and safety protocols
  • Analyze production metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the workshop's performance and innovation

Requirements:

  • 1-7 years of experience in a painting workshop or related field
  • Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence
  • Strong understanding of painting processes, materials, and safety regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, with a minimum proficiency of A1 to A2 level
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work on-site in Rustavi and commit to a full-time schedule
