We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & Admissions to lead our strategic initiatives in the education sector. This senior role is crucial for driving enrollment growth and enhancing the institution's brand presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both digital marketing and admissions processes, coupled with a proven track record in business development within the educational landscape.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and admissions strategies to achieve enrollment targets
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
  • Manage the admissions funnel from lead generation to student enrollment
  • Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and partnerships
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and admissions team
  • Ensure brand consistency and enhance the institution's reputation
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing and admissions, with at least 25 years in a leadership capacity
  • Extensive experience in Digital Marketing, Admissions, and Enrollment management
  • Proven success in Business Development within the education sector
  • Familiarity with CDL (Continuing Distance Learning) principles is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education market, particularly in Uttar Pradesh
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
