Job Description:

This role leads the coordination, implementation, and consistent execution of controls across Citi’s global FX technology stack. The SVP collaborates across multiple teams to ensure smooth execution, scalability, and innovation while maintaining alignment with operational, risk, and compliance standards.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the coordination, implementation, and consistent execution of controls
oversee seamless integration and alignment of FX systems
ensure platforms and processes meet operational, risk, and compliance standards
collaborate across teams for smooth execution, scalability, and innovation
clear communication to influence stakeholders
lead and present global and regional updates
contribute to defining and implementing best practices and processes
ensure transparency and consistency across teams

Requirements:

Proven track record in FX technology
strong project management skills
ability to drive cross-functional alignment
extensive leadership in an FX organisation
deep understanding of the regulatory environment
experience with both technical and non-technical stakeholders on complex and cross-functional projects
extensive stakeholder management
deep understanding of IT development/engineering, product management and program management
experience in multiple areas of the financial services domain
excellent oral and written communication skills
positive can-do attitude
