Job Description:

You own the physical execution of the entire robot fleet—internal studio and external customer sites. You run the team that keeps every robot charged, calibrated, in the right place, doing the right job, every shift, every site. When we have 100 robots or 10,000, nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

Job Responsibility:

  • Run a small team of fleet coordinators and dispatch leads
  • Own 24/7 fleet visibility, staging, scene readiness, and external dispatch
  • Execute the daily/weekly collection plan with zero deviation
  • Manage on-site and remote robot hand-offs for beta homes, B2B pilots, and commercial partners
  • Build dedicated ops playbooks and SLAs for high-value customers
  • Kill blockers in minutes, escalate in seconds
  • Own the tooling roadmap: internal fleet tracker → customer-facing portal
  • Scale the function from today’s studio to tens of thousands of deployed units

Requirements:

  • 8+ yrs running complex physical fleets (robotics studios, AV test fleets, warehouse robotics, last-mile delivery, field service ops)
  • Managed a team of coordinators/dispatchers through high-growth phases
  • Built processes and tooling that scaled 10 → 1000+ assets without breaking
  • Customer-facing ops experience (SLAs, dedicated account support, on-site handoffs)
  • Calm in chaos, obsessed with predictability

Nice to have:

  • Scaled a robotics or physical-AI fleet from lab → customer deployments
  • Experience with B2B partner ops (dedicated account coordinators, check-in/out workflows)
  • Ex-Tesla, Amazon Robotics, Starship, Nuro, Serve Robotics, Cobalt, Locus Robotics ops leadership
What we offer:
  • Equity
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
