Head of Data Analytics

• Leading data analysis projects to identify patterns, trends, and insights within large and complex data sets
• Applying statistical techniques and predictive models to solve business problems, support strategic decision-making, and forecast outcomes
• Developing interactive reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings to various stakeholders (both technical and non-technical)
• Designing and implementing data collection, cleaning, and transformation processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Building and maintaining automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
• Working with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to present data in a clear and engaging manner
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to understand their needs and translate data into practical recommendations
• Supporting the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and organizational best practices
• Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the development of a data-driven culture

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or similar areas (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis roles, with at least 5 years in senior or leadership positions
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or equivalent languages for data analysis and processing
• Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Solid knowledge of Big Data technologies, ETL processes, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Ability to apply machine learning techniques and statistical models
