Job Description:

We’re looking for a Head of Creative Studio to own the strategy and production of creatives for Pocket Champs and our upcoming titles. The Creatives Studio sits at the heart of Madbox’s growth: mobile games thrive on user acquisition, and user acquisition depends on a constant stream of high-performing creatives. You’ll inspire and grow our in-house marketing creative team, plus a network of agencies and freelancers. You’ll design scalable pipelines for creative hits, and shape the strategy that keeps our content ahead of the curve.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the vision for the team, design the organization, recruit and coach new team members, manage OKRs, and maintain high "talent density"
  • Refine and scale our creative workflows to maximize output, improve hit rates, and maintain top-tier quality for all types of creative assets
  • Oversee and support the Creative Strategy department, ensuring alignment between strategic vision, creative production, and campaign performance
  • Take full ownership of over a million-dollar creative budget
  • Partner closely with UA Managers and Game Directors
  • Leverage AI by integrating tools into the creative workflow

Requirements:

  • Experience in management, specifically in team building, mentoring, and performance management
  • Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
  • Able to challenge, support, and give feedback to the production team
  • Deep understanding of the mobile game marketing landscape, including ASO, Video, and Playables
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting key performance metrics(CPI, IPM, Retention,..)
  • You are tech-savvy and excited by the potential of AI
  • Excellent command of English with the ability to negotiate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
