Bed Bath N’ Table is seeking a Head of Buying & Product Development to drive our product strategy and lead a talented team in delivering a market-leading range that excites our customers and achieves continuous growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute a commercially viable product strategy aligned with BBNT’s strategic and financial objectives
  • Lead and inspire the product team to source, develop, and buy products that reflect our brand and target market
  • Manage the end-to-end range development cycle, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Build strong supplier relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities
