Job Description:

As Head of Betarades, you will be responsible for the 360° success of our Greek flagship Betarades.gr, leading cross-functional alignment, driving local partnerships, and expanding our market leadership. You will be the key figure connecting content, SEO, Social Media, and commercial opportunities to deliver growth and engagement across all touch points.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution for the Greek market, aligned with the company’s global and European goals
  • Act as the main spokesperson and internal champion for Greece, advocating for local needs and priorities
  • Collaborate closely with the Content Team to ensure relevant, high-performing editorial and video output tailored to Greek audiences
  • Partner with the SEO Team to enhance organic visibility across all Greek properties
  • Coordinate with the YouTube & Social Media Team to drive subscriber growth, engagement, and branded content strategies
  • Build and manage relationships with local operators and partners, ensuring strong visibility and ROI for both parties
  • Negotiate and optimize commercial and media deals, identifying new monetization opportunities and long-term partnerships
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity to keep Betarades.gr at the forefront of the Greek betting and sports media landscape
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration, sponsorship, and content innovation across sports, entertainment, and betting verticals
  • Own market-level KPIs including traffic, revenue, audience growth, content performance, and partner satisfaction
  • Report regularly on market performance and strategic initiatives to senior management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital media, sports betting, or online marketing role
  • Strong knowledge of the Greek sports and betting ecosystem and media landscape
  • Experience working with SEO, content creation, and social/video platforms (YouTube, TikTok, IG)
  • Proven ability to manage commercial relationships and drive growth through partnerships
  • Native Greek speaker with excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work both strategically and operationally

Nice to have:

  • Experience in influencer or talent management
  • Background in affiliate marketing or iGaming industry
  • Strong network within Greek sports media, clubs, or betting operators
