Job Responsibility

Manage a team consisting of hardware quality assurance, sustaining, and failure analysis on SASE Products

Review factory quality with Aruba quality team and drive improvement actions as necessary
Co-ordinate cross functional supplier Failure Analysis (FA)
Collaborate with FAE, HW, and SW engineering to escalate critical failures, identify trends, and validate resolution
Document current process, enhance and build automated/standardized Quality dashboard
Maintain ECO matrix for refurbished products
Maintain a design for reliability/service guide. Review upcoming designs for DFR/DFS requirements
Review product environmental compliance for RoHS, REACH, WEEE and validate compliance through Aruba supply chain
