Job Description:

Provide hair care services and promote spa/salon services at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove Miami, delivering luxury hospitality standards and ensuring guest comfort and safety.

Job Responsibility:

Provide hair care services such as cut/design, color, and styling to guests
Shampoo, condition, and rinse guests' hair
Examine skin, hair, or nails to evaluate condition
Determine and advise guests on proper skin, hair, or nail care
Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products
Set up workstation and/or treatment room with necessary products
Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools
Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day

Requirements:

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
At least 1 year of related work experience
Current licensure in service area
