Job Description:

We are looking for a success-driven Guest Services Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring their vacation experience is unforgettable. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment within the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibility:

Manage daily attendance tracking and maintain accurate records of training participation
Organize and update daily sales rotations, ensuring smooth coordination with Sales and Marketing teams
Welcome guests for their sales presentations, assigning team members and applying proper coding
Support guests with vacation planning by coordinating show and dinner arrangements
Reconcile premiums for all departments and issue reimbursements for transportation expenses
Collaborate with the Transportation Team to facilitate guest pick-ups, drop-offs, and delivery of materials between locations
Monitor and stock kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory levels
Ensure refreshment areas are clean, fully stocked, and ready to provide an enjoyable experience for guests
Promote a welcoming atmosphere through quality service and attention to detail.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or related industry
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with dispatching and transportation services
Excellent communication skills to provide high-quality guest interactions
Knowledge of sales processes and brand awareness
Ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
