Guest Service Experts at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba deliver exceptional dining experiences, ensuring every guest interaction is memorable and aligns with the company's 'Gold Standards.' Responsibilities include setting tables, handling menu management, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness.

Job Responsibility:

Creating a safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Upholding quality standards
Ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
Setting tables
Communicating with the kitchen
Interacting and serving guests
Cleaning work areas and supplies
Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance or 50 pounds with assistance
Bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Exemplar implementation of The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1 year related work experience
No supervisory experience.
