Job Description:

Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience. Job Responsibility:

Setting tables
communicating with the kitchen
interacting with and serving guests
cleaning work areas and supplies
reading and verifying menu information
adhering to company policies
ensuring safety and quality standards
wearing professional attire and ensuring professional communication

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
less than 1 year related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop and reach overhead and below the knees
good communication and professionalism
