Job Description:

The Guest Service Expert role focuses on building a memorable experience for guests through food and drinks, ensuring exceptional service, upholding quality standards, and executing hands-on tasks in various settings. Job Responsibility:

Setting tables
communicating with the kitchen
interacting and serving guests
cleaning work areas and supplies
managing the menu
ensuring quality standards and professional communications.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D.
less than 1 year related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
