Our Guest Experience Experts deliver a guest experience by providing tailored services from check-in to check-out, ensuring smooth and memorable stays. The role emphasizes professionalism, flexibility, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services guiding guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
maintain a safe work environment
follow company policies and procedures
ensure professional appearance and communication
move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
