Job Description:

As a Guest Service Agent at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for handling guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and payment processing. You will assist guests with their needs and ensure their satisfaction while following company policies and maintaining a professional demeanor. Job Responsibility:

Process guest check-ins and check-outs
handle room assignments and late check-out requests
secure payments and activate/reissue room keys
verify and adjust billing for guests
communicate room availability status
provide directions and information to guests
arrange transportation for visitors
operate telephone switchboard station
count and secure cash bank at start and end of shift
process payments, vouchers, and charges
report theft to security
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
assist individuals with disabilities
ensure professional appearance and language
develop positive relationships with team members
comply with quality assurance standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
