Job Description:

Le Méridien, part of Marriott International in Shanghai Minhang, is searching for a Guest Service Agent to join our team and help provide memorable and unique guest experiences. The Guest Experience Expert ensures smooth check-ins and check-outs, addresses guest needs, and provides authentic and chic service while promoting the hotel's distinct culture.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
ensure personal appearance and communication are professional
uphold company quality standards and confidentiality
create a safe workplace
protect company assets
follow company policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification required
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
