Job Description:

Join Sheraton as a Guest Relations Supervisor, where you will lead the Guest Services team, create thoughtful guest experiences, and foster a community-driven work atmosphere at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park. Work with the world's largest hotel network with extensive growth and development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise the Guest Services team and support with general operational tasks
Be an expert on the hotel and surrounding community to exceed guest expectations
Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences
Handle general enquiries, creating tailored guest experiences
Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests
Build and strengthen relationships with guests through engaging experiences
Oversee service standards and implement improvement initiatives
Be a confident and welcoming supervisor
Plan and execute team building activities

Requirements:

Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
Working rights in Australia
Enthusiastic to escalate your career
Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
