Job Description:

Our Guest Relations Assistants offer personalized service to guests, ensuring memorable and unique hotel experiences while adhering to company policies and upholding quality standards. The role requires active physical involvement and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Job Responsibility:

Guiding guests through their entire stay
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Sharing highlights of the local area
Moving around the workspace and fulfilling tasks independently
Ensuring guest satisfaction and business success.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
