Job Description:

The Guest Recognition Agent role involves providing exceptional guest services by supplying directions, resolving requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction, all while upholding the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton. Responsibilities include delivering information, coordinating with departments, responding to special requests, and communicating VIP arrivals. The role emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and a focus on delivering luxury service.

Job Responsibility:

Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation
contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
receive, record, and relay messages
respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
maintain positive working relationships with others
comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
identify and recommend new ideas or processes to enhance organizational success.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience necessary
no supervisory experience required
no license or certification required
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
